“Week 3 and I am chomping at the bit to get my brain re-connected to my body. Since my last lesson I have done one session on my own at home - the amazing thing is that I was telling myself all the things I knew Steff would be telling me about how to connect the right muscles to the exercise. I have noticed two things also: I sit up straight at work (very sedentary job!) and my tummy is connected when I am driving (also sedentary) resulting in less back ache and less leg cramps. My brain is being trained by this amazing teacher who makes you feel good about yourself, enjoys a good belly laugh (as long as your core is engaged whilst laughing) and cares passionately that you are improving. I am addicted.”
