What is Pilates?
Pilates is a great way to improve posture and body awareness, to stretch and strengthen with control, to recover from injury, to move more
efficiently, and to learn how to listen to your body
... but to get the most from it, you need a well trained teacher, and individual or small group tuition. I completed a year long, full time apprenticeship at the CoolPilates Studio, and continue to learn. See CPD Gift vouchers
Pilates gift vouchers (£50 - normally £55) offer an hour long trial session at the studio in Barnt Green. The session would include a postural assessment, and an introduction to pilates principles as well as to the studio equipment.
